Since early 2005, Greg has successfully sold homes ranging in price from $85,000 to $1,200,000 from Waianae to Hawaii Kai, and Waikiki to Mililani. His expertise in contract negotiations, title and escrow, follow-up, financing, and other related real estate areas ensures timely closings for his many satisfied clients. In addition to residential real estate sales he is experienced in project sales and worked as a member of the Keola La’i project team from 2006-2008.

In 2008 Greg was recognized as a member of the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle, an honor bestowed to the top seven percent of the more than 90,000 sales associates throughout North America who show a “commitment to excellence and dedication to ‘Truly Remarkable Service’.”
Greg’s commitment to excellence was strengthened with the skills and discipline he gained on active duty with the United States Marine Corps. Today he continues that commitment with constant real estate education which enables him to regularly provide the highest level of service. This commitment is evident by the long list of real estate certifications and designations he has earned, including: EcoBroker, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Residential Construction Certified, Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, and e-Pro.
Greg carries his energy and enthusiasm to all areas of his life. He is past member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors City Affairs Committee and Palolo Neighborhood Board, and is an active leader of Toastmasters and Freemasonry in Hawaii. The balance of his time is spent with his wife Jean and surfing Hawaii’s fabulous waves.
